A bit about me...
I studied Interior Spacial Design and Computer Aided Design at Chelsea School of Art and Design, London. Since 2006, I have worked for architectural firms and design & build companies as an Interior Designer and Space Planner, working on a range of projects including large scale office fit-outs and restaurant refurbishment.
In 2015 I founded bobcat design to concentrate on smaller projects , which is the work I enjoy the most. I have worked on jobs with multi-million pound budgets, but my real passion is homes and small businesses. What I love about this work is that you can change so much about a space without spending a fortune. Clients often say to me "I just wouldn't have thought of doing that" and that is my job - to see a space with fresh eyes.
I believe that the relationship between designer and client is crucial to a successful project. When developing a design, it is the designer's role to understand as fully as possible what the client wants to achieve and translate that in to a workable design that really works.
